Adrenal chronic fatigue is a very common disorder related to the fatigue and lethargy. The long lasting tiredness, anxiety and depression can point towards the problem of adrenal chronic fatigue. Adrenal chronic fatigue is technically known as hypoadrenia. This is a disorder, which is occurred due to some defects in the adrenal glands. Adrenal glands are two small glands situated on top of the kidneys. These glands are about the
size of a large grape. The purpose of these glands is to cope with stress. Adrenal glands are responsible for secretion and regulation of many hormones. It is responsible for the secretion of cortisol also. When the cortisol is lowered in the body then, the body will be unable to deal with stress. Adrenal chronic fatigue is usually very common in the middle aged people but this syndrome is found in the people of all ages.
Signs and Symptoms of Adrenal chronic Fatigue
The symptoms of the adrenal chronic fatigue are not constant. The most common symptom of adrenal chronic fatigue remains the fatigue, anxiety and depression. But this fatigue should stay at least six months before its diagnosis. The other common symptoms of this disorder are tendency to gain weight and unable to loose it, forgetfulness, pain in the upper back and neck. The people suffering with adrenal chronic fatigue gets the flu and other respiratory diseases very easily and these diseases last longer than usual. Affected person may suddenly feel better a day. If you have some or many of these signs and symptoms, then adrenal chronic fatigue can be a possibility. Adrenal chronic fatigue cannot be definitely diagnosed on the basis of these symptoms. However, if the other organic pathologies have been ruled out then it is the time to consider the adrenal chronic fatigue as the possible cause.
This disorder decreases the adrenal gland's ability to carry out its normal function. This disorder can be cured only by adhering to healthy living principals. To cope up with adrenal chronic fatigue one has to take proper rest, together with specific nutritional diets. The affected person should try to remove stressors to recover from this disorder.
