Chronic fatigue RI

Chronic fatigue is a severe fatigue that comes suddenly, relentless and causes debilitating tiredness frequently for no apparent reason. Even small amount of physical activity or emotional stress is often sufficient to produce profound and continuing fatigue that is not relieved by rest or a sleep. In addition, various neurological (encephalitic) symptoms occur commonly, especially lack of concentration, loss of memory, and perceptional disturbances. This is very common in USA.CFS is an unbearable condition characterize
by extreme fatigue that is not enhanced by resting and that worsen after exercise. It may be accompanied by a sore throat, tender lymph nodes, joint and muscle pain, headaches, and failure to be revitalized by sleep, and impaired concentration and memory.

Causes and symptoms

CFS was erratically assigned to one of the following groups:
a) Least intervention,
b) Intermediate intervention
c) Maximum intervention
d) The control group.

The interventions built-in physiological explanations for the symptoms of CFS anticipated promoting physical exercise. Some of the basic symptoms:
a) Sleeping problems, such as insomnia, feeling sleepy all the time or having a desynchronized body clock.
b) Depression.
c) Anxiety attacks.
d) Constant sore throat.
e) Swollen lymph nodes.
f) Problems regulating heart rate, blood pressure and blood volume, as well as arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation.
g) Digestive problems, lack of appetite and nausea.
h) Memory and cognition problems.

Treatment
