Chronic fatigue cause- A Chance to Alter your Lifestyle.

There can be no specific cause for the chronic fatigue because even the lab tests cannot determine it. There are multiple factors responsible for chronic fatigue. The major factors include nutritional deficiency, lifestyle, toxicity due to environment, drug and food products. Reasons also include stress, hormonal imbalances with the thyroid and the adrenal glands, lower immune functions and certain bacterial, viral and fungal infections. Several viruses have been associated with the CFS like
the Herpes virus (HHV-6), Epstein Barr virus that causes infectious mononucleosis, Cyclomegalovirus that is also a herpes virus and the Coxsackie virus like the b1 and B4.

Other causative agents:

The herpes viruses make their own proteins .This protein can that can mimic the IL10m that activates the immune system and is not effected by the body's immune systems . There are several mechanisms which help to stop these process like the enhance natural killer (NK) cell function, lower interleukin 10 which reduces the Th-2 activation and raise interleukin-12 which causes stimulation of TH1 activation. The effect of dental metal which I amalgam showed metal hypersensitivity in most of the cases. This could also be due to spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency, essence deficiency, qi deficiency and kidney yang deficiency.

Early signs:

Early signs include sore throat, tenderness in the lymph around the armpit, pain in the points that is sometimes accompanied with redness and swellings. Individuals may also experience total or partial headache along with difficulty in the short-term memory and trying to concentrate. Individuals also experience a lot of trouble while sleeping. There is oxidative stress as well as orthostatic hypotension. Many people with CFS have problem in the morning while standing and fell dizzy. The body is rebound with the sympathetic release of the catacholmines that increases the heart rate contraction and causes vasoconstriction in the arteries. This may be due to protein deficiency and histamines. There are elevated hypocysteine levels, glutathione deficiency. There is a study of the oxygen delivery to muscles in patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome found that oxygen delivery and oxidative metabolism was significantly reduced in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients after exercise. There is hypotension or chronic low blood pressure and disorders like hypovoulemia that is the low blood volume.
