Espresso Coffee: A Cup Of Energy Most of us need at least one cup of coffee in the morning

guaranteed to provide you with that boost of energy and good spirits. History Of The Espresso Coffee The Italians invented espresso in the 20th century and from then it has received nothing but praise and great popularity. Making a good cup of espresso is definitely an art, which needs understanding of the coffee as well as its flavors and taste. Well, here is how it is done: There are special espresso machines that you will definitely need in order to make espresso. Then, you take fresh ground coffee of your choice and place it
in the special device made for it. Some espresso coffee machines even come with a coffee spoon, which holds the exact amount of coffee that needs to go in this device. On the other side of the espresso machine you will have a small container where you must place water for one cup at a time unless you have one of the larger espresso machines, which makes two cups at once. Don t attempt to make two cups of coffee from a machine that makes usually one, as the coffee will turn out weak. Once the water is in place, and the fresh ground coffee, all you need to do is make sure the machine is plugged into a electricity outlet and press the on button. Hot, but not boiling water will pass through the fresh ground coffee you just put in and thus, your espresso coffee will be poured in the cup or container below. Different Types Of Espresso Coffee Most caffeine addicts (such as myself) like their espresso as is but some who want some variation or find it too strong have a number of choices at their disposal and here they are: Machiatto This version offers you a shot of espresso with a touch of milk and foam. Lungo This version will allow more water to pass through the fresh ground coffee in the machine thus, creating a weaker version of espresso coffee. Doppio This version is for those who really want to wake up in a flash it is made out of two espresso shots. Espresso con panna This version offers a shot of espresso and whipped cream on top. Cappuccino Espresso with milk and foam, a very popular drink in most coffee places around the world. Caf latte Espresso with milk and no foam this too is a very popular version of coffee. Mocha This version offers a shot of espresso with milk and chocolate syrup. Cartado This version is a typical size espresso with a dash of milk in it. Americano This version is a shot of espresso with warm water to make it weaker. As you can see from the above list there is a version of espresso coffee available for everyone no matter what you taste may be however, if you do want to feel the power of the caffeine try just a plain espresso coffee in its traditional form.
