Family Film FestivalFormerly known as the Santa Clarita International Film Festival, the International Family Film Festival is a non profit organization that has been celebrated each year since 1994. The International Family Film Festival is the first ever film festival that is dedicated solely to the family audience. All the works that are featured in the International Family Film Festival showcases, entertain, engage and promote family values. The International Family Film Festival receives an averages over three hundred films and a hundred fifty screenplays from professional and amateur student film makers, independent
film producers, commercial studios and screenwriters all over the globe. The International Family Film Festival is a four day celebration and is celebrated each November of the year and features about forty films on the film festival celebration. All the films that are featured during the four day celebration of the International Family Film Festival are shown twice each on theatre screens and the screenplay finalists are staged on a Screenwriters' Showcase wherein the excerpt of the screenplay finalists are set up and read by professional actors. Amateur student film makers and screenwriters that are able to present at the International Family Film Festival can see their entries on the theatre screens or read by professionals while producers, investors, agent, distributors, directors and even film aficionado will experience a whole new and fresh film creations that will be premiered and they will also have the chance to meet the creators of the said films and screenplays up close and personal. The International Family Film Festival aims to promote films and screenplays that has essence, films and screenplays that are socially responsible and films that will be able to convey respects to the positive values of life. The International Family Film Festival encourages screenwriters and film makers, professional and amateur, to created family related films and screenplays. The International Family Film Festival also showcases all year round programs and services which includes educational programs for the young generation that will tackle occupational and fundamental life skill. The International Family Film Festival has earned the reputation of being the premiere location wherein producers and creators alike (those who are in the family film genre) can network, market and share ideas with each other. The International Family Film Festival showcases films and screenplays that are Dramas, Comedy, Animation, Educational and Documentary, as long as it the main idea of the film or screenplay is family related. The said film festival is a competitive film festival and is divided into different categories. The categories are: * Professional Independent Producer Studio * Professional Film School Makers * What IFFF?
