Some such jobs are sewing, cutting and working on the computer for long. The main symptoms include pain, tingling sensation and numbness in one or both the hands. Patients also experience loss of strength and manual dexterity.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs help reduce the pain and swelling. Heat or Cold therapy provides temporary relief.
